KOYAH

The Smoothie

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 whole banana

  • 1 tablespoon raw manuka honey

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 scoop Koyah powder

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 beef liver tablet (emptied)

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons agave

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup instant coffee

The Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tablespoon Manuka honey

  • 1/2 scoop Koyah powder

  • garnish with dark chocolate chips and coconut flakes

Left Coast

The Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tablespoon Manuka honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • 1 liver tablet (emptied)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground flax seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
